The Recruiting Manager oversees a team responsible for recruiting participants for various research studies. This role involves leading the recruitment process, ensuring timely and successful study completion, maintaining high-quality participant engagement, and monitoring the department’s key performance indicators (KPIs). The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, prior management experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced research environment.

Base salary: $45,000+ per year, based on experience
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the recruitment process for multiple studies simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful study completion.
- Manage and mentor a team of Research Participant Recruiters, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, best practices, and performance expectations.
- Monitor and approve payroll.
- Oversee the onboarding process for all new Recruiters.
- Assess the overall quality of the recruiting staff and provide ongoing staff development.
- Ensure the team is using effective sourcing methods to identify and engage with high quality participants.
- Establish/monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for recruiters and track their performance against set goals.
- Continuously evaluate and enhance recruitment processes, identify opportunities to improve efficiency, and enhance participant experience.
- Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with the PM team and Leadership to conduct performance reviews for recruitment staff.
- Provide coaching, retraining, or disciplinary action as needed. Identify team-specific training and development opportunities to elevate overall performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment or research, with a minimum of 1 year in management or supervisory role.
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft Office/Computer Literate
