King & Spalding, a leading global law firm, seeks seven (7) temporary Recruiting Interns for up to 12 weeks (May-July). The Recruiting Intern will play an integral role in law school hiring with responsibility for day-to-day administrative tasks such as data entry, scheduling, expense reports, event planning, and other special projects.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Law School Recruiting
- Assist with summer associate program planning, event booking, and event execution.
- Schedule attorney interviews and lunches.
- Assist with the planning and implementation of training programs.
- Reserve conference rooms and circulate reminder emails.
- Help coordinate in-office recruiting events, panels, presentations, and meals.
- Greet candidates for summer associate interviews.
- Process expenses.
- Input/organize summer associate data (assigning attorneys, work product, evaluations).
- Update branding and graphics for presentations and events; distribute giveaways.
- Maintain relevant trackers.
- Draft offer letters.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Completion of bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
- Highly skilled in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Event management skills
- Interpersonal skills

- Friendly personality and a team player
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task under pressure and produce results in a dynamic and competitive environment
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills.

WORK HOURS
- 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. with flexibility for overtime and weekends
The firm offers a generous total compensation package with bonuses and raises awarded in recognition of individual merit-based performance. Pay Transparency Range:
The anticipated hourly rate of pay will be $28 per hour. The hourly rate of pay will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
