As the Recruiting Coordinator at Doss, you will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day recruiting operations, ensuring smooth interview processes, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You’ll work closely with our Talent team, hiring managers, and candidates to keep our recruiting engine running with precision, speed, and care.

Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate End-to-End Interview ProcessesSchedule phone screens, technical interviews, panel loops, debriefs, and onsite visits across all departments.
Manage communication with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers with clarity and consistency.
Maintain ATS accuracy, update candidate statuses, and ensure a clean, organized workflow.
Prepare interview materials, agendas, and scorecards to ensure alignment and readiness for every stage.
Work closely with Technical, GTM, and Leadership Recruiters to support pipeline movement and candidate engagement.
Help troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, logistics, and last-minute changes with a calm, solution-oriented approach.
Be the primary point of contact for candidates, offering timely communication, clear expectations, and a welcoming experience.
Ensure every interaction reflects Doss’s values: clarity, precision, speed, and empathy.
Assist with employer-branding activities, recruiting event logistics, and process documentation.
Contribute to operational improvements that help Doss build a world-class recruiting function.
1–3+ years of experience in coordination, recruiting operations, HR, or an administrative role in a fast-paced environment.
Experience scheduling interviews, supporting recruiters, or working with an ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, etc.) is a strong plus.
Exceptional organization, time management, and follow-through.
Clear, polished communication skills — both written and verbal.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous, startup environment.
Strong attention to detail and operational rigor.
Empathy, professionalism, and a candidate-first mindset.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.

Salary for this role is expected to be $80,000-$130,000 annually, depending on your experience, skills and team alignment. Final offer will reflect how you map to our current needs.
