How You’ll Shine

  • Source candidates through networking, job boards, employee referrals, social media, etc.

  • Conduct high volume of applicant phone screens

  • Arrange and schedule in-person interviews for Site Recruiter and Hiring Managers

  • Extend offers and coordinate background checks for new hires

  • Provides multiple touch points and follow up calls to new hires before orientation to avoid fallout

  • Attend local career fairs and networking events

  • Maintain an active and creative social media presence on LinkedIn and other social media channels to boost recruiting at the site-level including (not limited to) creating regular posts, job ads, site pictures, videos, etc.

  • Assists in planning and executing internal career events

  • Data tracking for employee referrals, hiring sources, reports, calls, interviews, etc.

  • Coordinates orientation schedules with new hires, training and HR

  • Conducts in-person interviews on occasion for developmental purposes

  • Must attend Wyndham's site-level Sales and Marketing training class to understand the roles we recruit for

  • Other duties as assigned

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 6-12 months of recruiting and/or sales experience

  • Cold calling experience highly preferred

  • Data tracking experience

  • Must have experience in navigating and networking through LinkedIn and other similar social media outlets

  • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality

  • Must be self-motivated to set priorities, meet quotas and work with limited direction/supervision

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Experience with Workday highly preferred

  • College degree in related field highly preferred

Compensation

The hourly rate for this role is $26.64.
