At Marmon Electrical, you play a vital role in keeping the world moving forward.The Electrical Group Recruiting Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the full-cycle recruitment process across the Marmon Electrical Group by facilitating pre-onboarding activities, and supporting candidate screenings and interviews. This position ensures accurate documentation, prepares hiring metrics for leadership, and conducts 90-day post-hire check-ins. Acting as a key liaison for candidates and new hires, the coordinator also collaborates with Talent Acquisition and cross-functional teams to execute on process improvements and deliver a seamless hiring experience.
What You'll Do:
- Processing Candidate Screenings: Manage offer letters, drug screenings, background checks, assessments, and I-9 verifications for all salaried and hourly candidates.
- Administrative Support: Assist with job postings and scheduling interviews as needed. Support tech orders and pre-onboarding administration. Conduct 90 day hiring check-in interviews. Assist with process improvement execution.
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Assist with sourcing candidates and conduct preliminary screenings as needed. Ensure practices comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of all candidate information and pre-hire documentation. Prepare Talent Acquisition summary status & metric reporting for leadership on a schedule and as requested. Assist with identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates and new hires, providing timely updates and assistance throughout the hiring process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team and other departments to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process. Assist with coordinating career fairs, recruitment events, and internal mobility initiatives. Assist with internal and external recruitment marketing strategies using various mediums including print, websites and linkedin.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in a recruiting or HR coordinator role or internship is highly desirable
- Experience in conducting orientations and onboarding is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and travel to business locations as needed
- Preference for residence in NH, CT or AL due to key business locations

Pay Range:
48,000.00 - 72,000.00We offer a comprehensive benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, 401k matching, and more!
