As a Recruiting Coordinator, manage candidate interviews, provide exceptional candidate experiences, improve recruiting operations, and coordinate HR tasks while collaborating with teams.

This remote role sits on our Talent Acquisition team and reports to the Manager of Recruiting Operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-minded, and thrives in a high-growth environment. You'll be a trusted partner to recruiters, candidates, and hiring teams — ensuring efficiency, consistency, and exceptional service
Requirements:
- You'll manage the candidate interview lifecycle — including scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews — while proactively identifying and resolving potential scheduling conflicts.
- Primary contact for candidates, delivering a high-touch, personalized experience that reflects Included Health's values and employer brand.
- Strategically partner with Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and Interviewers to support evolving hiring goals and timelines, offering insights and recommendations to enhance workflows.
- Coordinate candidate travel and accommodations, and manage reimbursement of expenses.
- Contribute and own projects focused on improving recruiting operations, such as building documentation, optimizing interview processes, or implementing new tools.
- Use the applicant tracking system (Lever) to track candidate progress, ensure data accuracy, and maintain process integrity across the team.
- Track and analyze scheduling and coordination metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with fellow Coordinators to drive consistency, share best practices, and ensure exceptional candidate experience.
- Coordinate administrative hiring tasks, including background checks, immigration processing, and reference checks.
- Support cross-functional initiatives within Talent Operations, partnering with HR, IT, and Legal teams to ensure compliance and alignment across systems and processes.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of proven work experience in a HR coordination or equivalent role
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-growing company and work through ambiguity
- Experience scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate pipelines in Lever
- A passion for process improvement, operational excellence, and candidate experience
Physical/Cognitive Requirements:
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- Capability to work with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
Pay:
The United States new hire base per hour target ranges for this position are:
Zone A: $23.98/hour - $31.18/hour
Zone B: $26.38/hour - $34.30/hour
Zone C: $28.78/hour - $37.41/hour
Zone D: $31.18/hour - $40.53/hour
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for candidates based on their respective Zone. Below is additional information on Included Health's commitment to maintaining transparent and equitable compensation practices across our distinct geographic zones.
Starting base salary for you will depend on several job-related factors, unique to each candidate, which may include education; training; skills; years and depth of experience; certifications and licensure; our needs; internal peer equity; organizational considerations; and understanding of geographic and market data. Compensation structures and ranges are tailored to each zone's unique market conditions to ensure that all employees receive fair and great compensation package based on their roles and locations.
