About the Role:
As our Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in enabling the success of our fast-paced hiring efforts. You’ll serve as the backbone of our recruiting operations—supporting high-volume scheduling across multiple functions, building great candidate experiences, and working directly with hiring managers and executives. Your work will help power our ability to scale an extraordinary, mission-aligned team.
This highly visible, in-office position requires strong organizational instincts, discretion, and comfort working directly with senior leaders.
This role is a 3–6 month temporary engagement to help us scale our hiring operations during a high-growth phase and requires full-time, on-site availability and is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume, fast-paced startup environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate high-volume interview scheduling for a variety of GTM/Corporate and Technical roles across multiple time zones
Manage candidate communications to ensure a timely, personalized, and white-glove experience
Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to align schedules and ensure smooth operations
Greet and host candidates during on-site interviews; own the in-person candidate experience
Maintain and update data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruiting documentation
Manage job postings across all job boards, ensuring consistency in formatting, content, and branding templates
Identify and suggest improvements to existing recruiting coordination processes
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion at all times
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience as a recruiting coordinator in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
Familiarity with calendaring software and tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, etc.
Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume scheduling across departments
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to juggle competing priorities while remaining calm and proactive
Comfortable working directly with executives and senior stakeholders
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Ashby, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
A warm, welcoming presence and commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Must be available to work onsite 5 days a week
Compensation: This is a temporary hourly role, with a pay range of $40 – $50 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
