Chainguard is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Contract Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced talent acquisition team. This role will provide essential administrative and logistical support to our recruiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The ideal candidate will have prior experience using Greenhouse (ATS) and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences. This is a contract position with the potential for conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and Coordination:
    • Schedule candidate interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating with hiring managers and interview panels.
    • Manage complex calendar scheduling, resolving conflicts and ensuring timely communication.
    • Arrange travel and accommodations for candidates, as needed.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:
    • Utilize Greenhouse (ATS) to track candidate progress, update candidate information, and maintain accurate records.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance within the ATS.
    • Generate reports and provide data insights from Greenhouse.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely and professional communication.
    • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the interview process.
    • Prepare and distribute interview materials and agendas.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Maintain and organize recruiting files and documentation.
    • Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a recruiting coordination or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in Greenhouse (ATS) is required.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
  • Experience with scheduling tools.
Base Salary Range
$45$45 USD
