As a Recruiter at Zafran, you will play a key role in fueling the growth of our cybersecurity startup by helping to build a high-performing team across GTM and technical customer-facing positions. You will actively engage in sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier talent while collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment with Zafran’s goals and values. This is an exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the success of our team and play an integral role in shaping Zafran’s future.
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle ownership.
- Proven success hiring for GTM roles, preferably sales and marketing
- Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound messaging, referrals, creative pipeline building).
- Ability to partner closely with hiring managers and influence decisions through strong intake, calibration, and process leadership.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and able to build structure as you go.
- Excellent communication and follow-through; able to move fast while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
- Experience in a high-growth environment (startup or scaling team) preferred.
