Job Description
AmeriPharma is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Recruiter responsible for identifying, engaging, and securing top healthcare talent to support the organization's staffing needs. This role is essential in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline by proactively sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for a diverse range of clinical and non-clinical positions. The recruiter ensures all hiring initiatives align with the company's growth strategy and its commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage employment application intake through the company’s applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Create and post job openings, pre-screen candidates, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Send interview confirmations and preparation materials to candidates and hiring teams.
- Evaluate talent through phone screenings, resume reviews, and a structured interview process.
- Advise and support hiring managers throughout the selection process, providing recommendations for candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand departmental needs, team dynamics, and talent profiles to effectively meet staffing requirements.
- Prepare recruitment updates to analyze trends, gather competitive intelligence, and assess talent demographics.
- Support managers and supervisors with HR-related projects and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and other recruiting partners to enhance talent pipelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in recruitment
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proven relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated integrity and a high level of professional ethics
- Ability to collaborate effectively with management and cross-functional teams
Education and Experience Requirements
- Foundational knowledge of employment law and recruiting best practices
- Experience in identifying and assessing qualified candidates
- Prior experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
