Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruiter to join our North America team.  In this role, you will be responsible for full cycle recruiting for professional-level position across multiple business units.  This includes identifying top talent, building strong pipelines, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.  The ideal candidate is a proactive partner who understands the value of talent as a strategic driver of business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber, diverse talent using a mix of job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Provide consultative guidance to hiring managers on market trends, competitive intelligence, and candidate evaluation.
  • Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience by communicating clearly, professionally, and with empathy throughout the process.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs through proactive outreach and relationship building.
  • Track recruiting metrics and report on hiring process, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal policies, employment laws, and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with a focus on professional roles.
  • Proven success sourcing and attracting talent across North America.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter; experience with Workday is a plus.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Passion for creating inclusive hiring practices and attracting diverse talent.

Total Rewards

The compensation range for this position is $59,700.00 - $89,500.00, depending on experience. This position may be eligible for performance based bonus plan.
