What You Will Do
- Sources potential technical talent by meeting with clients across the organization to verify job profiles and specifications.
- Ensures a positive candidate / customer experience with every candidate.
- Seeks out potential technical candidates using innovative methods and follows recruiting process from start to finish.
- Evaluates technical candidate profiles and resumes; represents the company (information and marketing) to candidates; completes detailed candidate phone screens, prepares candidate evaluations, and presents candidates to hiring manager.
- Explores new recruitment methods and keeps abreast of industry trends while sharing best practices across the team.
- Builds and maintains a network of potential candidates to generate a high-volume, high-quality pipeline of candidates.
- Helps onboard and train new recruiters to team.

- Consults business partners on candidate assessment and interview processes by collaborating with hiring managers to develop interview tools and guides and conduct interviews in a structured process.
- Serves as the primary point of contact for hiring managers regarding recruiting.
- Educates hiring managers and ensures clarity of and adherence to the recruitment process and hiring policies.
- Consultative in recommending ideas and strategies related to recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company, implementing any new processes and fine-tuning standard processes for recruiting.
- Ensure appropriate prioritization of business needs by asking questions and calibrating results, share recruiting pipeline data, highlight strengths and opportunities with hiring manager and senior leadership.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree HR, Business, or other relevant degree OR 4 years' experience in lieu of degree and 5-7 years Recruiting experience.
- 5-7 years of experience with behavioral interviewing.
- 5-7 years of experience using an applicant tracking system.
- Experience proactively searching for and engaging passive candidates.
- Experience consulting with and influencing hiring managers.
- 3-5 years of experience sourcing through candidate social networking tools and using creative sourcing methodologies (X-ray, FlipSearch, Boolean Search).
Preferred Skills/Education
- 5 - 7 years of experience in technical recruiting within a corporate, consulting, or high growth environment.
