The Nexodus Internship Program is seeking a driven Recruiter Intern to support the recruitment efforts for Nexodus and its clients. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate screening, and interview coordination. Ideal candidates are people-focused, organized, and have a passion for recruiting.
LENGTH OF INTERNSHIP:
- October 6, 2024 – May 2, 2025. (Subject to change based on performance and/or business needs)
- Mandatory In-Person Internship Development Session (Once a month)
- Must be able to work 29 hours per week (3-4 days/wk.), which may include nights and weekends as needed.
JOB FUNCTION:
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with potential candidates.
- Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new employees by coordinating documentation and scheduling orientation sessions.
- Client Recruitment: Assist clients of Nexodus in their recruitment needs, providing administrative support to their hiring processes.
- Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
- Must be a current college Sophomore, Junior, or Senior, majoring in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
This is a remote position.
