We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter who is passionate about building high-performing teams that drive growth across Fora. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for a range of roles spanning go-to-market functions (including sales, marketing, and technical marketing), business operations, and advisor-facing teams. Reporting to the Head of People Operations, you’ll partner closely with leaders across the company to understand evolving talent needs and translate them into thoughtful, high-quality hiring processes. This is an opportunity to directly influence Fora’s rapid growth by attracting and closing exceptional talent across some of our most critical functions.
You’ll bring a sharp understanding of the GTM landscape, a data-driven approach to recruiting, and the ability to act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders. Beyond hiring, you’ll contribute to continuous process improvements, employer brand initiatives, and projects that strengthen how we attract and retain top talent. This role offers the opportunity to directly shape company growth through strategic, high-impact recruiting.
Key Responsibilities- Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles across sales, marketing, business operations, and advisor-facing teams
- Build and manage strong candidate pipelines using outbound sourcing, referrals, and strategic outreach
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and design interview processes
- Drive structured, efficient hiring processes that create great candidate experiences
- Advise on team structure and hiring priorities as companies scale
- Guide decisions around in-office, hybrid, and remote talent strategies
- Track and report on recruiting metrics to ensure hiring goals are met
- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years focused on GTM roles at high-growth startups
- Strong track record hiring a range of roles, from sales and marketing to operational and cross-functional positions, in fast-paced environments
- Experience with a variety of recruiting tools (Greenhouse, Ashby, Juicebox, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Clear understanding of how modern sales and marketing teams are built and scaled
- Excellent sourcing, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Based in New York City or willing to relocate, and able to work in person 4-5 days/week
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $120K–$160K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
