About The Role

The Recruiter will play a pivotal role in building Everest’s community of world-class EAs. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through a thoughtful hiring process. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand needs, find exceptional talent, and ensure every candidate’s interview experience reflects Everest’s mission and values.

Core Responsibilities
  • Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand their needs, shape role profiles, and ensure hiring aligns with Everest’s goals.

  • Find Great Talent: Use creative sourcing methods, networking, and relationship-building to connect with top executive assistant candidates.

  • Support Candidates: Provide a clear, thoughtful, and kind experience throughout the hiring process so every candidate feels valued.

  • Evaluate & Recommend: Assess candidates for skills, judgment, and cultural fit, presenting strong recommendations with confidence.

  • Improve the Process: Look for ways to make our recruiting systems smoother and more effective without losing the personal touch.

  • Stay Informed: Keep a pulse on the market and bring fresh insights to strengthen Everest’s ability to attract world-class talent.

Skills and Qualifications
  • Recruiting Experience: 3–5+ years of experience hiring executive assistants or administrative professionals, either in-house or at an agency.

  • Connector: You know how to build relationships and engage both active and passive candidates.

  • Strong Communicator: Comfortable working with executives and hiring managers, and skilled at keeping conversations clear, professional, and approachable.

  • Tech-Friendly: Familiar with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and AI, you know how to use tech to make your work easier.

  • Organized & Proactive: Able to juggle multiple searches, stay on top of details, and bring good judgment and discretion to every decision.
