About The RoleThe Recruiter will play a pivotal role in building Everest’s community of world-class EAs. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruiting cycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to guiding them through a thoughtful hiring process. You’ll collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand needs, find exceptional talent, and ensure every candidate’s interview experience reflects Everest’s mission and values.
Core ResponsibilitiesPartner with Leaders: Collaborate with hiring managers and executives to understand their needs, shape role profiles, and ensure hiring aligns with Everest’s goals.
Find Great Talent: Use creative sourcing methods, networking, and relationship-building to connect with top executive assistant candidates.
Support Candidates: Provide a clear, thoughtful, and kind experience throughout the hiring process so every candidate feels valued.
Evaluate & Recommend: Assess candidates for skills, judgment, and cultural fit, presenting strong recommendations with confidence.
Improve the Process: Look for ways to make our recruiting systems smoother and more effective without losing the personal touch.
Stay Informed: Keep a pulse on the market and bring fresh insights to strengthen Everest’s ability to attract world-class talent.
Recruiting Experience: 3–5+ years of experience hiring executive assistants or administrative professionals, either in-house or at an agency.
Connector: You know how to build relationships and engage both active and passive candidates.
Strong Communicator: Comfortable working with executives and hiring managers, and skilled at keeping conversations clear, professional, and approachable.
Tech-Friendly: Familiar with applicant tracking systems, sourcing tools, and AI, you know how to use tech to make your work easier.
Organized & Proactive: Able to juggle multiple searches, stay on top of details, and bring good judgment and discretion to every decision.
Location: Remote
