We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter to become a vital part of our vibrant People & Culture team, working remotely across the United States, Canada or Mexico. Join the energy and come be part of the momentum! 

This is an amazing opportunity to get involved! As a Recruiter you will play a crucial role in shaping our hiring efforts. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in the semiconductor industry—particularly in sales recruitment and familiarity with the broker business model. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 6 months, with the possibility of an extension. The ideal candidate is a proactive, independent recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strategic industry insight to talent acquisition.

Insight on your impact:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across North America and EMEA, with a primary focus on sales positions within the semiconductor industry.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels and tools.
  • Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Maintain accurate and timely data in Greenhouse ATS (experience with Greenhouse preferred but not required).
  • Share market insights and recruitment best practices to support hiring decisions.
  • Collaborate with the People & Culture team on recruiting strategies and employer branding efforts. 

Your qualifications, your influence:

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills 

  • Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in semiconductor and/or sales recruitment.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or global environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt across time zones. 

Based in North America (U.S., Canada, or Mexico) with the ability to work remotely.
