Job Title: Records Client Services Facilitator
Position Summary:
Magna Legal Services is seeking a Records Facilitator to join our Client Services team! We are looking for someone who can work well independently, has natural problem-solving skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills. Our ideal candidate is highly reliable and has a desire to both learn and grow in a legal services setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and diagnose procedural issues and exceptions for our clients.
- Client communication, responding to all emails and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Communicate effectively to high profile clients, challenging clients, witnesses, and team members.
- Navigate software, web portals, and digital filing systems.
- Maintain a calendar system for follow-up with recurring and ongoing tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a relevant filed, such as medical record retrieval, call center operations, customer service, collections, or a related area.
- Ability to learn and understand the litigation process including documentary evidence
- Strong work ethic and goal oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Acute research abilities and deductive reasoning.
- Must be able to work in a team and a fast paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office software and saving/manipulating PDFs (opening, editing,
- combining) (Adobe, Nitro, internet, general windows tasks).
Compensation: USD $16.00 - $20.00 per hour.
An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
