Position Summary: 

 

Magna Legal Services is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Records Client Services Facilitator to join our Client Services team. In this role, you will research client questions, coordinate timely responses, and keep ongoing matters organized. The ideal candidate works well independently, solves problems thoughtfully, communicates with professionalism, and is eager to grow in a legal services setting. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Research and diagnose procedural issues and exceptions involving client matters. 

  • Respond to client emails and inquiries promptly and professionally. 

  • Communicate clearly with clients, witnesses, and team members, including when handling challenging or sensitive interactions. 

  • Navigate software, web portals, and digital filing systems to find and manage information. 

  • Maintain a calendar and track follow-up tasks to ensure ongoing matters receive timely attention. 

Qualifications

    • Ability and willingness to learn the litigation process, including the role of documentary evidence. 

    • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a goal-oriented approach. 

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

    • Strong attention to detail, research skills, and deductive reasoning. 

    • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment. 

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, general Windows tasks, and PDF tools such as Adobe Acrobat or Nitro, including opening, editing, and combining PDF files.
