We are looking for the best and the brightest top-notch Receptionist to join our rapidly expanding service team at our Ferrari Dallas dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome our clients to our dealership in a hospitable, professional demeanor to set the tone for their luxury experience.
- Answer calls with excellent phone etiquette and customer services skills while directing them to the proper party, and/or obtain enough information to allow for a follow-up that is convenient for the customer.
- Maintain showroom presentation, guest hospitality areas, and administrative organization
- Assist sales and service teams with customer check-ins, documentation, and daily operational support
- Manage customer records, filing, data entry, and appointment tracking systems
- Provide high-end customer service while handling confidential customer information with discretion
- Coordinate deliveries, transportation requests, and vendor or client visits as needed
- Be a brand ambassador for our business.
- Other duties as assigned to ensure an efficient, and effective process

Requirements
- 1+ yrs experience preferred
- Motivated individual who is a people-person with a friendly personality with fast-paced organizational skills
- Must be able to multi-task and be well organized
- Team oriented, flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Must have a clean valid driver's license
- Must pass personal background check and successfully complete a mandatory drug screen.
