We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service while managing front desk operations efficiently and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests and team members.

 

The following outlines the primary job responsibilities of this position.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcome guests in a professional, courteous, and friendly manner
  • Conduct visitor background checks using an online system and issue appropriate visitor badges.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
  • Prepare outgoing mail and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner.
  • Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Skills required:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in reading and writing English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Access, Word)
  • Reliable with consistent and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing work methods.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Additionally, a dependable, detailed-oriented individual with a cheerful outlook who takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment.
