Position Overview
As a Remote Receptionist, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring that the office operates efficiently from a remote location.
Key Responsibilities
- Call Management: Answer, screen, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Appointment Scheduling: Schedule meetings and appointments for executives and team members.
- Customer Interaction: Provide excellent customer service when answering inquiries and forwarding information.
- Administrative Support: Assist with other administrative duties as needed, such as data entry and filing.
- Email Handling: Manage email correspondence, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate parties.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of receptionist or customer service experience.
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $20+ per hour (depending on experience).
