Position Summary

CVS Health has an exciting opportunity for an Part-Time Front Receptionist in Redlands, CA!

You will be posted at the front door receptionist area and will be available for all visitors that walk into the building ensuring all security protocols are maintained. You'll be responsible for communicating local office escalations clearly and concisely. You will be responsible for daily administrative support of the facility, including maintaining visitor/employee logs, handling courier pick-ups, greeting all visitors to the site, maintaining badges, etc., and any other project work assigned by the leader.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to managerial team with the majority of the workload coming from the specialty pharmacy business unit.

We're seeking someone willing to work part time onsite in Redlands, CA Monday through Thursday from 3:00pm - 9:00pm and Friday from 3:00pm - 8:00pm.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to be highly organized, self motivating and have great communication skills.
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of basic computer systems (MS Word and Excel).

High level of confidentiality and professionalism is required to support the business.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior Healthcare and Receptionist experience.
Education
Verifiable High School Diploma or GED.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
