Position Summary:
WME is seeking an organized and detail oriented Receptionist to join the team in our Beverly Hills headquarters. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a dynamic, fast paced, high-pressure environment. Candidates must be able to work independently as well as work in a team environment, and must be able to communicate with individuals of all levels and backgrounds.
Responsibilities:
-Daily front desk management: managing/directing incoming calls for very busy agency headquarters office, customer service & hospitality, Client and visitor management
-Proficient in Microsoft Outlook
-Friendly, professional and polite attitude with ability to adapt in fluid/changing situations.
-Must be self-motivated and a fast learner.
Experience:
1+ year of reception or administrative experience (preferred)
General office experience preferred
Previous agency experience a plus
MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) skills are a must
