DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Must provide world class customer service to clients to help expedite appointments and questions about repair and maintenance process
  • Able to learn dealership software after training that will track customer repair orders
  • Ability to close out service tickets and process and void credit card transactions
  • Able and willing to learn various accounting schedule management, warranty processing and claim submission
  • Will be responsible for handling cash, credit cards and customer information
  • High level daily interaction involving customers and various dealership department employees
  • Other duties may be assigned
  • Must be able to work some Saturdays

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Certifications, Licenses):

  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated enthusiastic presence in a team environment
  • Bilingual is a plus
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Consistent and stable work history
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must be able to preform in a fast paced work environment

All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen
