Job Responsibilities :

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced supervisor to join our team. The supervisor will support the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and driving sales performance.

Pay Rate: $23 - $26/hr

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing all aspects of the retail store's operations.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to retail staff, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

  • Train and develop retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and meet sales targets.

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering and replenishment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.

  • Assist in implementing promotional activities and marketing initiatives to drive sales.

  • Conduct regular audits of store procedures and performance to identify areas for improvement.

  • Collaborate with the Retail Manager to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

  • Ensure the store is well-stocked and organized, with attractive displays that highlight new and featured products.

  • Oversee the store's cash management and inventory control processes.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Pre-Requisites :

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • 3+ years of supervisory experience in retail sales experience, preferably in a gaming or electronics store.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Knowledge of basic POS principals and Cash Handling

  • Strong interest in gaming consoles, peripherals, and accessories.

  • Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are required.

Salary Ranges (per annum):

$69,064.00 - $115,107.00
