Quoting Specialist

Your team’s dynamic:

The Quoting Specialist will be responsible for issuing quotes in assigned territory supporting Account Executives and Partner Account Executives. This role focuses on understanding partner needs, providing solutions, and ensuring quick turnaround of quotes. You will have experience in sales or customer service, and the ability to develop technical system designs. 

Your day at a glance:

• Develop and maintain an extensive working knowledge of Genetec's software solutions, including ability to create small- to medium-sized system designs with their associated BOMs
• Define product and functional requirements based on customer requirements
• Conduct demonstrations of the Genetec Portal and Online Store
• Issue quotes to assigned territory in North America
• Communicate with field reps on any project that requires collaboration
• Research technical information on product requests
• Update customer records in the CRM for tracking
• Collaborating with various internal teams to seek problems resolution.
