QUALITY MANAGER - EL SEGUNDO

As a Quality Manager, you will support the development of our Fly-By-Wire software by ensuring that our supply chain and production standards are compliant with the necessary FAA regulations. You will act as the main point of contact and administrator of all program specific quality requirements. The ideal candidate will be familiar with ARP4754, ISO9001, AS9100, and FAA regulation auditing. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage supplier quality reviews to ensure the suppliers’ production, quality systems, products, and services meet expectations
  • Support the supply chain team by assisting with sourcing new suppliers
  • Develops and maintains relationships with vendors, suppliers, and other third parties
  • Ensure procedures within procurement are FAA compliant and pass airworthiness inspections

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines
  • 4+ years of experience within Quality Management
  • Experience working within the Aviation industry

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related disciplines
  • 6+ years of experience within Quality Management
  • 3+ years of experience working within the Aviation industry
  • Experience supporting the FAA certification process
