ResponsibilitiesLead the activities related to quality control inspection and testing of materials, parts, and products to ensure adherence to established standards within Honeywell Quality Engineering team. You will ensure that quality is being maintained in all factors involved in production. Responsible for all activities involving quality control and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will establish and implement a complete quality control program that identifies potential and actual problems and oversee team involvement with corrective actions. You will apply your expertise and problem-solving techniques to resolve critical quality control issues.
QualificationsYOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
· Guide talent
· Facilitate/lead staff meetings
· Update and report metrics
· Supervision of final inspections, NDT, CMM and FAI teams
· Balance workload to optimize output of inspection teams
· Process and compliance support
· Continuous improvement of the final inspection operations
· Ensure proper training of inspection personnel
· Maintain electronic work instructions for final inspection
YOU MUST HAVE
· Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

· Experience in quality control and manufacturing environment
· Experience in leadership role
· Good analytical and creative problem-solving skill
· Ability to lead, drive change, and influence others
· Strong project management skills
· Ability to manage multiple and conflicting priorities
· Some technical training or courses
