We are seeking two Quality Assurance Specialists to join our team—one supporting the Sales team and one supporting the Operations team. In these roles, you will be instrumental in conducting quality assessments, resolving issues, and maintaining our high standards across customer-facing interactions. What you’ll be doing:

LawnStarter is seeking Internal Quality Assurance Specialists to support our Sales and Operations teams. In these roles, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and driving continuous improvement in service quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal evaluations of customer and client interactions (Sales or Operations, depending on role) and provide actionable feedback to team members
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement, and partner with team leads to develop and implement solutions
  • Develop, document, and maintain quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in service quality
  • Stay up to date on industry standards and best practices in quality assurance

Requirements
    • Must be T3 for Ops, or T1 an above for Sales
    • Must currently meet or exceed QA standards.
    • Must not have any active written warnings.
    • Must have excellent attendance.
    • Open to all locations.
    • Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm Central Time.
    • Prior experience in quality assurance is beneficial but not required.
    • Please check with your manager regarding your eligibility for this role.
