As a Quality Assurance Lead within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA. This position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. Some responsibilities may be performed remotely, at manager’s discretion.
Key Skills:
• Thorough understanding on scope review, impact analysis of the application to prepare the test Strategy and approach.
• Testing release cycle management experience to ensure all types of testing timelines and quality is met with the given size of team.
• Experience with logging risks, raising concerns if testing cycle or quality is anticipated to be compromised.
• Play active role in testing to deliver all types of testing during sprint to release cycle.
• Testing reporting experience to the management and release sign off.
• Well versed with both Manual and Automation testing.
• Automation scripting experience using BDD cucumber framework
• Experience with Sprint testing, System Integration Testing, and Regression Testing.
• Testing background with data extraction and mapping / keying in the application.
• Experience with sensitive data handling (PHI).
• Experience on Agile project with interaction with developers and dev driven team.
• Testing hands on experience dealing with production data used for QA testing.
• On hands experience in SQL database and understanding on integration with downstream systems.
• Jira and Jira-Xray tool knowledge.
• API testing skills.
• Experience in Jenkins, and Git.
• Experience in maintaining regression test suite.
Preferred Skills:
• Foreign Exchange domain experience.
• Performance testing experience.
• CI CD Pipeline experience.
• Java.
• Knowledge of working on different formats of test data like xmls, txts, pdfs, zip etc.

Job Description
  • Operating in a global delivery model, brings strategic direction to testing and acts as the subject matter expert for both the quality discipline and a line of business domain(s).
  • Leads the review of testing artifacts throughout the product life-cycle to ensure appropriate sign off and prioritization of testing work. Including coordinating test strategy, scripting and defect resolution.
  • Including ensuring early engagement with internal partners and proactive planning to ensure quality is a core area of focus early in the product lifecycle.
  • Take accountability for quality standards in the development, implementation and upkeep test scripts and opportunities for automation of testing products.
  • Developing meaningful management metrics that help to gauge project health. Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement in product release.
