Job Description

The Quality Assurance Consultant I is responsible for applying consulting methodology, assisting in analyzing requirements and requests of the business operations area and supporting the implementation of consulting projects through research, data analysis and recommends potential solutions. This role may lead simple projects or process design efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Anticipates issues related to systems and procedures, develops preventative measures and presents recommendations

• Provides documentation and interpretation of research findings in support of consulting initiatives using standard procedures

• Tracks and reports out statistical data, procedures, program definitions for department functions

• Identifies and resolves simple problems for business projects

• Implements the business unit quality requirements and components that impact profitability and operational efficiencies

• Recommends solutions that will positively impact the business unit cost structure, profitability, operational efficiencies and results

• Researches quality issues to determine root cause and assist with the development of remediation plan

• Creates and implements interim manual processes until permanent fix is implemented

• Initiates and supports business optimization efforts to enable effective and efficient delivery of valued services

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
