QA Lead – Digital Web QA (E-Commerce, Test Automation)


We are looking for a QA Lead to take ownership of test automation and system analysis for our E-Commerce platforms. This is a hands-on role where You will be working with Selenium, WebdriverIO, and JavaScript to build, optimize, and scale automation frameworks. You will also play a key role in improving test strategies, identifying gaps, and ensuring seamless transactional workflows.


What You will Need
Strong experience working with E-Commerce platforms, especially around transactional workflows and system integrations.
Hands-on expertise in test automation, particularly with Selenium, WebdriverIO, and JavaScript.
A deep understanding of system workflows—you should be able to analyze, debug, and enhance test strategies.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams.
Experience in performance, security, and accessibility testing is a plus.



Compensation, Benefits and Duration

Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
Medical, vision, and dental benefits, 401k retirement plan, variable pay/incentives, paid time off, and paid holidays are available for full time employees.
This position is available for independent contractors
