This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Tester with experience in testing Salesforce applications and a strong passion for delivering high-quality software. This role is ideal for entry to mid-level professionals who can contribute to test planning, execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, while ensuring a seamless user experience.

The ideal candidate will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify issues early, maintain quality standards, and confidently support client-facing demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test plans and test cases for Salesforce and other applications
  • Perform manual and/or automated testing including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Collaborate with developers and functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Participate in test planning, test case creation, and execution
  • Ensure applications meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain test documentation, reports, and QA artifacts
  • Support continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices
  • Participate in and confidently present during client-facing Salesforce demos
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1–5 years of experience in software testing or QA
  • Intermediate experience with Salesforce; hands-on Salesforce testing experience preferred
  • Strong experience in test planning, test case creation, and execution
  • Understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC
  • Experience with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA)
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Skills
  • Exposure to test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
  • Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured)
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Experience with version control tools (Git)
