Reporting to the Associate Director of Boarding & Maintenance, the Quality Assurance Representative II is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all quality assurance (QA) processes, procedures, and daily duties within the Quality Assurance Department. This role supports the audits Maverick process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in relation to merchants and partners.

About the Position:
Reporting to the Associate Director of Boarding & Maintenance, the Quality Assurance Representative II is responsible for monitoring and maintaining all quality assurance (QA) processes, procedures, and daily duties within the Quality Assurance Department. This role supports the audits Maverick process, ensuring accuracy and compliance in relation to merchants and partners.
- Collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to ensure merchant customers are onboarded across all systems accurately, including without limitation, via TSYS, PPM, and Fiserv systems.
- Reviews merchant account pricing for accuracy and corrects pricing discrepancies as needed.
- Reviewing, analyzing, and ensuring accuracy of data entered throughout Company systems.
- Remains up to date on agent promotions and campaigns such as ZBR and Moderate Risk Program offered by Maverick at the Company’s discretion.
- Regularly audits merchant accounts, for accuracy and PCI compliance.
- Advising on policy and procedure enhancements to ensure quality assurance throughout the Company.
- Adheres to and ensures compliance with company policies and procedures regarding quality assurance.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in payment processing.
- In-depth knowledge working knowledge of TSYS and/or PPM, Fiserv.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance , Business or similar.
- Knowledge of merchant pricing.
- Prociency with MS Office Suite including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to navigate multiple system interfaces to key application information in a timely manner.
- Adequate keyboarding and data entry skills.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyze, assess and interpret information to make recommendations to enhance business operations.
- Possesses strong analytical and research skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while producing a high output of quality work.
