Lead QA activities including creating test strategies, plans, and cases; coordinate cross-functional teams for integration, regression, and UAT; split and review technical tasks; participate in Scrum; develop automated tests for Web, Mobile, and API platforms (BDD feature files for iOS/Android); track execution status and manage risks with mitigation plans.
- 8+ yrs. of experience in analyzing Business Requirements Documents to get a better understanding of the systems and create Test Strategies, Test plans, Test cases and assist team members.
- Having 4+ yrs. participate in Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing Sessions.
- Prior experience in the preparation of Test plan, Test Strategy, and Estimation documents as and when needed.
- Good experience in analyzing project scope and preparing test execution plans for sprint releases.
- Coordinate with various team to track the execution status, communicate to project leadership team and raise risks along with mitigation plan.
- Participate in Scrum meetings and make sure there is no blocker or dependency to start the regression testing.
- Prior experience in working with cross-functional teams in case of any blocker from web service or another third-party environmental issue.
- Split technical tasks between the team members and execute as per the project plan.
- Review the peer’s task regularly and ensure it meets the project quality deliverables.
- Having experience in developing and writing high-quality coding that meets customer requirements in Web/ Mobile / API platforms based on the project need.
- Create/review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android apps.
- Good experience in coordinating with peer developers, client QA and business teams for system integration and UAT testing.
- Coordinate with the Integration test teams in planning and executing the end-to-end QA and product testing.
Experience with Automation test frameworks - Selenium for web automation and Appium, Playwright for mobile app automation.
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 44,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 154,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
