Lead QA for mobile automation: define test strategy, plans, and cases; coordinate onsite/offshore teams; drive automation (Selenium, Appium, Playwright); create/review BDD feature files; support integration, UAT, and regression testing within Agile/Scrum.
- Having 8+ yrs. of experience in analyzing Business Requirements Documents to get a better understanding of the systems and create Test Strategies, Test plans, Test cases and assist offshore/ Near Shore team members.
- Having 6+ yrs. participate in Requirements, Design, Development, and Testing Sessions.
- Having 4+ yrs. in analyzing project scope and preparing test execution plans for sprint releases.
- Involve in the preparation of Test plan, Test Strategy, and Estimation documents as and when needed.
- Involved in the discovery phase from scratch doing requirements analysis and preparing test scope documents, and implementation test plan along with the project team by coordinating with multiple legacy teams.
- Participate in scrum meetings and make sure there is no blocker or dependency to start the regression testing.
- Coordinate with offshore QA team and onsite team to track the execution status communicate to project leadership team and raise risks along with mitigation plan.
- Split technical tasks between the team members and execute as per the project plan.
- Review the peer’s task regularly and ensure it meets the project quality deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of the project.
- 4+ years. of experience in working with cross-functional teams in case of any blocker from web service or another third-party environmental issue.
- Having experience in developing and writing high-quality coding that meets customer requirements in Web/ Mobile / API platforms based on the project need.
- Create/review BDD feature files for both iOS and Android apps.
- Having 6+ yrs. of experience in coordinating with QA and business teams for system integration and UAT testing.
- Work closely with peer developers and QA team members to ensure the overall quality of solutions.
- Coordinate with the Integration test teams in planning and executing the end-to-end QA and product testing.
- Follow agile/ scrum methodology for software development and reporting updates and progress.
- Experience with Automation test frameworks - Selenium for web automation and Appium, Playwright for mobile app automation. Nice to have experience with similar frameworks and tools.
