Job Description:

As a QA Engineer specializing in AI and Data at CXAPP,  you will play a pivotal role in verifying and validating our AI applications and data-driven solutions. You will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies, managing test data, and utilizing testing methodologies to ensure the quality and performance of our AI systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1.  AI Testing: Develop test plans and test cases specifically designed for AI applications, including machine learning models and data-driven processes.
  2. Data Management: Manage test data, including data collection, preparation, and validation, to ensure data quality and relevance for testing.
  3. Testing Methodologies: Apply a variety of testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and end-to-end testing, to validate AI components and systems.
  4. Test Automation: Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for AI and data-driven solutions, enabling continuous testing and integration.
  5. AI Model Validation: Collaborate with data scientists and AI developers to validate AI models against benchmarks and industry standards.
  6. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to evaluate the scalability and responsiveness of AI systems.
  7. Data Privacy and Security Testing: Ensure data privacy and security measures are tested and validated in AI applications.
  8. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test plans, and test reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on AI and data testing.
  • Strong understanding of AI concepts, algorithms, and machine learning models.
  • Proficiency in testing methodologies and test automation tools.
  • Knowledge of data management, data validation, and data privacy.
  • Experience with performance testing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to staying updated with AI advancements and testing best practices.
