We are looking for a Middle QA Automation Engineer to join our engineering team and help ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our health services platform.

In this role, you will design, implement, and maintain automated testing solutions, collaborate with developers and product teams, and contribute to improving our testing processes. You will play an important role in delivering secure, stable, and user-friendly solutions that support healthcare providers and users.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts.

  • Create and execute automated tests for web applications, APIs, and backend services.

  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define testing strategies.

  • Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test plans.

  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Perform regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.

  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

  • Investigate test failures and provide clear feedback to development teams.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality practices.

  • Help establish and improve QA processes, standards, and best practices.

  • Ensure applications meet quality, performance, and reliability expectations.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.

  • Strong experience with test automation and building automated test solutions.

  • Experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.

  • Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.

  • Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.

  • Experience writing clear test cases, test scenarios, and defect reports.

  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and automated testing pipelines.

  • Experience working with version control systems (Git).

  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication skills in English.

Nice to Have
  • Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.

  • Knowledge of performance testing tools.

  • Experience with cloud-based applications and services.

  • Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments.

  • Experience with SQL and database testing.

  • Knowledge of security testing practices.

  • Experience working in healthcare, fintech, or other regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as HL7 or FHIR.

Compensation

$100000–$125000 depending on experience and qualifications.
