QA Associate - San Juan Capistrano, CA, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM 
 

This position is responsible for assisting the Director of Quality Assurance on the overall quality throughout the company paying particular attention to the affiliate offices, corporate stores and independent examiners.  


Pay range: $23.48 - $35.23 / hour

Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Responsibilities
  • Audit for lab and/or exam errors ensuring all errors are corrected and examiners are educated on any compliance differences. Including Matrix/Relia Quote.  
  • Track all Case One insurance company errors by the tracers they provide.  
  • Ensure appropriate entities receive the necessary tools and information needed to complete the examination process according to the requirements set forth by the Home Office.  
  • Key in issues/concerns into the reporting system.  
  • Compile, mail, and report on all postcards.  
  • Redirect misrouted paperwork.  
  • Grade and Report on the Examiner Test  
  • Handle reporting of all needles sent in the kit Handling reporting of all IHP's Tracking, grade, report on EKG's Key in all Protective/Matrix/Standard/Safeco Issues.  
  • Responds to the needs and requests of clients and Lab One management and staff in a professional and expedient manner.  
  • Observes all compliance policies and safety policies and procedures as outlined in the Lab One Safety Manual or safety matters included in other special training.  
  • Other duties as assigned  
Qualifications

Preferred Work Experience: 

Six months lab or para-medical experience 

Knowledge:  

Microsoft Office  

Skills:  

  • Excellent communication skills  
  • Accurate and detail oriented  
  • Ability to work in a team environment  
  • Good organizational skills  
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision  
  • Ability to work on numerous projects at the same time 

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
