- Document technical processes and solutions.
- Stay current with relevant development tools, technologies, and best practices.
- 2+ years of professional software development experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience developing backend applications, APIs, or web applications.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar.
- Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
- Must be located outside the United States.
- Experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI, or similar Python frameworks.
- Experience with JavaScript or a modern frontend framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience working with AI/ML tools or integrations.
- Experience with automation and workflow development.
- Experience working with U.S.-based companies or distributed international teams.
