We’re looking for a product leader to own the public sector program lifecycle—including audits, documentation, continuous monitoring, and interface with 3PAOs and agency partners. This person will be instrumental in maintaining our FedRAMP authorization and ensuring seamless coordination across internal teams.


Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary owner of the FedRAMP compliance program and POA&M management.
  • Coordinate and execute annual assessments, 3PAO audits, and agency reviews.
  • Maintain System Security Plan (SSP), control implementations, and boundary diagrams.
  • Lead continuous monitoring activities: monthly scans, incident response drills, quarterly POA&M updates, annual contingency plan testing, etc.
  • Work closely with security engineers and operations teams to ensure control effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with customer-facing teams to respond to security questionnaires and FedRAMP-related inquiries.
  • Track regulatory changes and ensure the compliance program adapts accordingly.
Qualifications
  • 3–7 years of experience in information security compliance or GRC, with at least 2 years in FedRAMP or public sector frameworks.
  • Familiar with NIST 800-53 (Rev. 4 or 5), FIPS 140-2/3, FedRAMP, CMMC, CGIS and related federal standards.
  • Experience managing or supporting FedRAMP authorizations, ATOs, and 3PAO assessments.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools (e.g., Nessus, Qualys), audit evidence collection, and compliance automation platforms.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Strong documentation and communication capabilities, especially for technical content.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:

Primarily office-environment work, extended periods of sitting or standing, computer-based work. Limited lifting, and equipment usage limited to computer-related equipment (keyboards, mouse, etc.)
