Description

Bou is a new-school Nordic brand company that builds brands in various domains; including design, marketing, development and communications. We believe that ideal teams are built with a diverse range of experiences and to support this, we have created a freelancer platform that enables us to collaborate closely with freelance creatives, actively connecting proficient freelancers with engaging clients.

We're looking for a US-based PR and communications freelancer who has strong relationships with entertainment, lifestyle and gaming media.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with our European team to localize pitch angles and other media assets for the US market
  • Media outreach to select journalists
  • Contribute to the overall PR strategy with local insights, and work closely with the rest of the project team to execute the strategy
Requirements
  • Fluent in English
  • Proven experience (4+ years) in PR & communications
  • Strong relationships and track record of successfully pitching to US-based tier 1 entertainment, lifestyle and/or gaming media (bigger priority is entertainment media, gaming is a bonus)
  • Experience in working with C-suite PR
