Part-Time Residential Public Records Research Analyst 

Remote, Work from Home, US | Permanent, Part-time


Zonda is looking for a part-time Public Records Research Analyst. This position offers a flexible schedule and the ability to work from home.  The part-time Public Records Research Analyst will be responsible for updating a database of actively selling new home communities in various U.S. markets primarily through public records research. You will work 25 to 29 hours per week, with the flexibility to set your own schedule within defined parameters to ensure the job gets done. You must be professional, focused, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to update community records on a timely basis.

 

What you'll do:

  • Search County Recorder, County Assessor & GIS websites to identify home sales/deed transactions for specific new home developments
  • Examine GIS & deed records to identify parcel owners
  • Report your findings through a web portal for review by a Regional Research Manager

 

Qualifications:

  • Understanding of residential real estate or willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and solid research skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time-management skills and reliable self-starter
  • Access to a computer, the internet, and a phone

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience accessing Deed and Tax Assessor Data
  • Understanding of deed records and the residential real estate sales process
  • Familiarity with ESRI or ArcGIS Online
