Fluidra’s looking for a Contract Sales Support Associate to join our team onsite in Carlsbad, CA.
WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE
The Contract Sales Support Associate will play a support role in the Fluidra sales enablement process. The position is responsible for inputting, updating and maintaining data within company databases. A successful candidate will have superior attention to detail, organization and time management skills to provide accurate and timely data entry services to the sales team. Additionally, you will:
- Support sales team with new customer account set-up
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Liaise with sales representatives as needed to obtain outstanding information to complete the account set up process
- Handle confidential customer information with discretion and security
- Obtain new account #s from internal teams and complete loyalty program opt-ins
- Coordinate with inside sales for next steps related to account onboarding and/or updating CRM Leads
- Provide additional support for account creation associated needs
Account Updates:
- Document all sales activities and customer interactions within CRM system to ensure accurate and consistent records
- Ensure the integrity and consistency of data within internal systems such as Oracle and Fluidra Pro website
- Conduct system audits to ensure data is consistent across systems, report on inconsistencies and make updates as needed
- Provide additional ad-hoc administrative support to Inside sales and Field sales teams as needed
WHAT WE SEEK
- 1+ years of experience in a data entry or administrative support role
- Experience in a field sales environment, a plus
- Excellent time management, organization, attention to detail and communication skills
- Adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive and professional attitude and be an enthusiastic team player
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel proficient) and CRM software including Salesforce
EDUCATION
Highschool diploma or equivalent
