SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Middle PSP Financial Manager.

We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.

Purpose of the role:

You will ensure accurate and efficient financial operations with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) by managing reconciliations, monitoring liquidity and settlements, and investigating discrepancies. You will contribute to financial control and operational stability through effective communication with PSPs, reporting, automation, and process improvements.

Key responsibilities:
  • Reconciliations with payment system providers (PSP), investigation of discrepancies

  • Liquidity monitoring: top-up, invoice control, settlements control

  • Ongoing communication with PSPs

  • Ad hoc reports related to PSPs for internal and external stakeholders

  • Involvement in automation processes

  • Assistance in preparation of internal documentation on PSPs

Required Experience:
  • Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis / Audit

  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher

  • Strong Excel skills

  • Organizational skills, ability to adapt, prioritize and work with deadlines

  • Strong communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience in Payments

  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools
