HHAeXchange is the leading technology platform for home and community-based care. Founded in 2008, HHAeXchange was born out of an idea to create a fully comprehensive end-to-end homecare solution to help people who are aging or have disabilities thrive in their homes and communities. Our employees are passionate about transforming the healthcare space by building the only homecare ecosystem that fully connects patients, personal care providers, managed care organizations, and states.

The Provider Product Marketing Director will serve as the strategic owner of Product Marketing for HHAeXchange’s provider business across a growing multi-product SaaS portfolio. This role is accountable for defining and driving how provider-facing products are positioned, packaged, launched, and adopted in the market, directly influencing pipeline, adoption, expansion, and revenue growth. This role will operate as a highly influential cross-functional leader, driving alignment and strategic decision-making across multiple executive stakeholders without direct people management responsibility.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a strategic and hands-on Product Marketing leader who can drive cross-functional alignment, influence executive decision-making, and shape how HHAeXchange brings products to market. This person is equally comfortable developing positioning and go-to-market strategy as they are executing against it, while leveraging AI and modern marketing technologies to scale impact and improve effectiveness.

Success in this role will be measured by the clarity and impact of product positioning, the effectiveness of go-to-market launches, and contribution to pipeline and revenue growth. This role is directly accountable for product marketing’s contribution to pipeline generation, sales velocity, and expansion revenue.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

What you need to know about the Los Angeles Tech Scene

Los Angeles is a global leader in entertainment, so it’s no surprise that many of the biggest players in streaming, digital media and game development call the city home. But the city boasts plenty of non-entertainment innovation as well, with tech companies spanning verticals like AI, fintech, e-commerce and biotech. With major universities like Caltech, UCLA, USC and the nearby UC Irvine, the city has a steady supply of top-flight tech and engineering talent — not counting the graduates flocking to Los Angeles from across the world to enjoy its beaches, culture and year-round temperate climate.

Key Facts About Los Angeles Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 375,800; 5.5% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Snap, Netflix, SpaceX, Disney, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, adtech, media, software, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $11.6 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Strong Ventures, Fifth Wall, Upfront Ventures, Mucker Capital, Kittyhawk Ventures
  • Research Centers and Universities: California Institute of Technology, UCLA, University of Southern California, UC Irvine, Pepperdine, California Institute for Immunology and Immunotherapy, Center for Quantum Science and Engineering
