About the role

As a Provider Network Specialist at PHM, you’ll research, identify, and recommend top healthcare providers and nurture relationships with them to guarantee top-notch care delivery for our clients.  PHM is underway with significant technology and process enhancements and you'll engage in brainstorming and implementing innovative technologies to boost efficiency and streamline workflows. As such, you’re someone who is an early adopter of technology and has used it to enhance work and personal productivity.

How You’ll Spend Your Days

  • Proactively expand and refine the PHM proprietary database of elite providers, harnessing research and identification strategies.
  • Drive the expansion of the PHM Provider Network and our processes through innovative tech enhancements, ensuring seamless integration and efficiency.
  • Implement technology powered processes to streamline insurance verification and enhance patient access
  • Collaborate with research and clinical teams to assess providers and healthcare programs for comprehensive evaluation.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of provider credentials, leveraging your medical knowledge and our tools against PHM gold standard

  • A collaborative mindset, complemented by outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities, essential for effective teamwork and seamless coordination.
  • Exemplary attention to detail, organizational competence, and adeptness at managing multiple priorities within a dynamic, high-growth environment.
  • Preference for provider-facing healthcare experience and/or candidates holding degrees in healthcare-related fields.

Compensation: The target annual base compensation for this position is $50,000-$57,000.

This base salary is only a part of a total compensation package that also includes: health/dental/vision benefits, 401k with match, Stock Options, PTO and other benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range as a number of factors including market forces, experience, location, disparities in market data and other relevant business considerations may all factor into final compensation.

This is a remote role requiring that you live in one of the states where we currently have business operations: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MA, MI, MO, NJ, NC, NM, NY, OH, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA
