The Provider Enrollment Specialist will manage provider enrollment activities, market services, execute agreements, maintain relationships, and track enrollment progress while ensuring compliance.
We are looking for a Provider Enrollment Specialist to join our team. You will manage a full book of provider enrollment activities from initial outreach through signed agreements. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, the ability to communicate value clearly, and proficiency in managing multiple enrollment pipelines simultaneously.
How you will make an impact
- Proactively market Nomi Pay’s claim payment services to healthcare providers.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments with providers to tailor value propositions.
- Execute provider agreements and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain an active pipeline of new and existing provider relationships.
- Track, analyze, and report on enrollment progress to leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing and payer teams to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain strict adherence to compliance and privacy requirements.
What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma required.
- 2+ years in sales, provider engagement, or healthcare industry roles.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding outreach and enrollment goals.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
