The Proposal Writer is responsible for creating proposals, managing proposal responses, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with RFP requirements. They collaborate with teams and stakeholders to develop strategies and edit documents professionally, while achieving significant proposal awards annually.
Proposal Writer with Drupal and Website Development ExperienceRequirements
- Strong technical writing experience, must be able to provide samples
- Experienced with producing non-technical product level documentation such as product features, roadmap etc. must be able to provide samples
- Knowledge with latest version of Drupal backend and Core (Samples required)
- Basic understanding of UX Changes and Responsive design
- Have an understanding of Microsoft Word and Powerpoint
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related disciplines, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of proven experience in writing proposals.
- Understand and explain complex technical concepts.
- Previous experience in conducting interviews and creating strategies
- Write clear and concise proposals.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Work to tight deadlines.
- An understanding of the IT sales process.
- Experience in the IT industry proposal writing software, such as MS Word, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Publisher, or Adobe Photoshop.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office or Google Docs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Headless experience - frontend or backend, 3rd-party vendor and API integrations, RESTful best practices and API design
