Join Teledyne Imaging Sensors as a Proposal Manager!

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the proposal process in the development and delivery of business proposals, working closely with business development, program management, engineering, production, finance, and other departments. 

  • Maintain bid schedules, organize resources, coordinate inputs and reviews, ensure bid strategy implementation, and communicate across stakeholders. 

  • Review and evaluate proposals to ensure adherence to high quality standards and compliance with customer and government requirements.

  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among proposal team members and stakeholders.

  • Identify and implement proposal process improvements for continuous enhancements to process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Maintain and update a Content Management System for proposal documentation.

What You Need:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a technical applications or business development environment (preferably aerospace), with demonstrated experience in writing and managing government and commercial technical proposals.

  • Experience with sales and proposal management software and best practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and project management skills.

  • Advanced MS Word skills and proficiency throughout MS Office.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field with at least 2 years of direct experience in aerospace or defense.

  • Project Management and/or proposal or business capture certification encouraged.

Salary Range:

$77,000.00-$102,600.000

The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
